SiS m650 card for a Presario 3000

I currently have a Presario 2500 with a Radeon igp 345m, and after using a laptop with a 32 mb video card, I am sorely dissapointed in this one. I want to know if the SiS m650 card is any better than my current card? I really need the advice because after hours of searching the only thing I could come close to good infomation on this card was their website: http://www.sis.com/products/chipsets/integrated/pentium4/m650.htm
