I went into the local Best Buy yesterday and god damn it was packed! Anyway went to do some last minute shopping for others and to price out some widescreen LCDs. I was looking in the ad and seen the Xact siruis radio for $50 and you get a $20 gift card after purchase. It actually rang up at $46.99 which was a pleasent surprise and I got the gift card. So technically it was only $26.99. Great deal and no rebates to worry about. Searched for this deal and didnt see it so hope it wasnt posted yet. So if you want a sirius radio for some Stern or you want it for the rest of the 120 channels heres a chance to get a decent radio for mad cheap. You could also use the 20$ towards the home kit and get the radio and the home kit for $76.99 or use it for whatever you please. I used it for a CD and saving the other $10 for whatever.
It comes with a wireless remote, a builtin wireless fm modulator, the antenna, a bracket kit with suction cups that can be used to place the xact radio 4 different ways in the car and the cigarette lighter adaptor to power it up. Its not the fanciest siruis radio they have but it serves its purpose and where else can you get one for less then $30 with no rebates?

Thanks for the idea smut. I didnt think to use the $20 gc for the homekit. I was thinking of picking up a more expensive unit with since it came with a free home kit making it $80 AR but this would be $80 OTD. Better deal IMO. Except for the crowds :disgust::D

I got this deal last sunday. I also PriceMatched it to compusa's Midnight sale at $29.99 and I used my $50 GC that I received on this deal to buy the receiver, and got the $20GC too! Sweet deal :D

It seems to be a cool receiver. It is a gift for someone, but I would like to have one my self. I believe the subscription runs ~$12/month.

Then either your radio was busted or you installed it wrong because the quality is definately better than FM radio. Now if you were transmitting Sirius through FM that is a different story. My Sirius is connected through the AUX-IN in my car and it sounds great.
