I just called to cancel, after getting charged for the next 3 months (was expecting month-to-month..guess not), and I ended up with that charge refunded and 3 months free service instead.
One of the call centers I used to work for handled Sirius. Let's just say the people manning the phones would be considered "gifted" if they knew how to wipe their own asses. Par for the course.

I have a lot of luck with calling in asking for a lower rate. Right now I'm under $5/month with online access. Besides online, there is basically 0 overhead with additional customers even at a discount rate.
