Why isn't this thing locked? How do I get a moderator's attention? Can people stop posting so it can die? Thank you.
Why would we lock it? Patrick Stewart getting married is significant news.

Also, kudos to Stewart for nabbing a woman less than half his age. It's good to be the captain.

He's 73?! I know the joke is he never ages but damn!

I may be happily married to a loving woman... at the moment. Who knows when and if I will catch the gay plague, got to keep my options open.

Watch out for Fridays. Rumor has it that is the day it would happen

No they weren't.

Are you stupid?

Robin Williams also isn't gay, if you wanna go with the Bird Cage. Also Will from Will and Grace. Not gay.

You know, these are actors. This is their job.

What's funny is John Barrowman auditioned for that part in Will and Grace but they told him he looked too straight. Lol.

Mrs. Doubtfire

He didn't play a gay character in Mrs Doubtfire. He pretended to be an old British hag of a woman just to get closer to his kids. (because he was separated from his also not-gay wife)

In The Bird Cage, he played an uber gay character opposite Nathan Lane (of course also very gay--in RL, too).

I wouldn't call the Bird Cage obscure (not that you did), as it's a remake of a French Classic: La Cage Aux Folles, and the current revival of such has been a ridonkasmash hit on Broadway for nearly a decade? now (also featuring Lane).

I hope that this thread never dies. I find it a cheerful respite from an otherwise daunting day.
