Single platter hard drives

So far, I have found that these three models are possible choices:

Seagate ST3250410AS
Western Digital WD1600JS and WD1600YS

I have been unable to confirm that these are single platter, but these are the two (especially the Seagate) that turn up searching the forum. Are there any others that are still on the market that is at least 160GB or larger?

Just out of curiosity: Why do you want a single platter hard drive? Is there anything wrong with dual platters?
 
You get a lot of "bang for buck" with single platter drives, because the platters are generally high density (at least the ones enthusiasts go for).

So if you want a cheap high performance raid system rather than just lots of storage, getting 4 of those single platter 250GB seagates will perform just like getting the much more expensive per gigabyte (and per unit if you want to get 4 for the same performance)500/750/1000GB models.
