Single 560Ti and 3 monitors? (desktop not gaming) possible?

I am looking to see if it is possible to run this setup from a GTX560ti single.

23" 1080P Monitor with it copied on HDMI to a TV (which will be used for 3D gaming)
Then another 1080P 23" monitor in portrait mode as an extended desktop. (for productivity and reading)

So technically driving 3 monitors but only 2 different desktops...

Is this possible? Or is this only possible with AMD's eyefinity display solution?

Note I only want to play games on one monitor not 2 or 3. But I would like to have my desktop over 3.

I think it should be possible on a 560 Ti with 3 connections on the back. My EVGA 560 Ti cards have two DVI connections and a mini-HDMI connector. I haven't tried since I specifically went for NV Surround, but 3 distinct monitors (with no spanning of resolution) should be possible.

Hopefully someone can clear this up, but I am now thinking it may only be possible to run two individual monitors, and the HDMI would mirror one.
So for your situation, two desktops + TV cloning one of them, it should work.

Nope, even if they are cloned, it can only run 2 monitors. If you can find one with DP then it should be possible.
