1) Power went out 10 min ago while I was on my computer
2) Power came back
3) Computer was turned off but Motherboard was making a high pitched whining noise
4) Turned on my computer but noise is still here

I have a DFI- Ultra D NF4 Mobo. Though my computer works fine, it now makes this high pitch whine that is really annoying. Any ideas?

It isn't the capacitors, but the inductances (wire coils) - either those in the CPU voltage regulation on the mainboard, or (more probably) in the power supply.

they singing opera? i had this same problem with mine and it worked its self out, however they sang for a few days sounded much like opera music no jokes.
