Shakira recently removed her tour necklace due to similarities to Nazi symbolism.

Do you see Nazi symbols in this necklace?

Once it was spelled out for me, I did see it. Now I can't unsee it. Still I think the situation is pretty ridiculous.

I see dumb bitches everywhere.... Is that close enough? People that are literally trying to find ways to be offended instead of just living life.

Built in 1603, pretty sure that is older than NAZIs. Same with the Buddhist swastika NAZIs stole.
The Nazi swastika was very unlikely to have been derived from Buddhism. It's also a symbol of Thor, and has very old European roots. In the end, it's simply an obvious, attractive design. If it wasn't that, it would have been something else.

No one here played Wolfenstein 2009?

latest
I'd like to, but I got out of gaming mostly. RTCW is in my top five favorite games. That was back when people still made sp campaigns for game engines. I had so much fun with that and HalfLife...

When I was living in South Korea I noticed the nazi symbol on some of their buildings.

As for the singer she can do what she wants. It's her show.

IMO, it doesn't look like a nazi symbol. Nor, does it represent anything to do with nazis.

There is nothing more "insensitive" (or rather, ignorant) then not actually knowing the origin of an item or art - but proclaiming that someone can't use it, even if they were the origin of it heh.

If you see something, say something. Live Nation could've continued selling the item, but maybe better business sense prevailed.
