I'm looking to buy some stocks and I came across Atari(ATAR) which got hit pretty hard the past two days because the CEO resigned and went to a different company.

Some info:

It provides games for all platforms, including Sony PlayStation and PlayStation2; Nintendo Game Boy, Game Boy Advance, and GameCube; Microsoft Xbox; and personal computers. It also publishes and sublicenses games for the wireless, Internet, and other evolving platforms.

Atari develops interactive games for all platforms and is one of the largest third-party publishers of interactive entertainment software in the U.S. The Company's 1,000+ titles include DRIV3R, Enter the Matrix, Neverwinter Nights, Stuntman, Test Drive, Unreal Tournament 2004, and Unreal Championship; and mass-market and children's games such as Backyard Sports, Nickelodeon's Blue's Cluesand Dora the Explorer, Dragon Ball Z and RollerCoaster Tycoon.

Atari, Inc. is a majority-owned subsidiary of France-based Infogrames Entertainment SA the largest interactive games publisher in Europe.

Im not into the gaming scene and I know alot of you are....do you think this is a good buy?
