I think people have been saying this for years. Actually, people say this about every company. Every company is going downhill, yet most of their customers remain happy. 😕

There's lots of places to shop. Nowhere else worth a damn that has a decent price though.

The only thing that has thusfar irritated me is shipping. Not the cost, but rather the method. I ordered some ram a couple weeks ago, it was shipped from the TN warehouse, which by USPS mail would be about a day to me, by UPS (as evident by today's arrival) would be 2 days. But how did they ship it? DHL. DHL?! It took over a WEEK to get to me... went from TN to KY, KY to GA, THEN handed off to the USPS and 3 days later in my mailbox from GA. If they shipped it direct with USPS it probably would have been cheaper for them and I would have gotten it sooner.
