Looks like an example of the tiered privelages that can be set up using FuseTalk. Mods can use Image Tags. Or maybe the mods edited the guy's Sig. That's what it looks like anyway.

That depends on the software that the admin is using. Some forums don't allow discrimination between usergroups of who can use what forum code.

Well, a true AT fanatic knows about holes in the FuseTalk software that allow us to post HTML code in various places. I'm just assuming that there's also a hole in the signature area that is letting an enterprising mod drop in a IMG tag. I'll try to get it working...
