Negative. Ferrell and Rogen are B-level talents, and Mencia a D-level talent. Cohen is an A or A+, and one of the few truly innovative comic minds to emerge in this century (I know he was a major star in England prior to 2000, but he certainly wasn't in the States). Feel free to name another comic who has become well-known in the last decade who is more talented - I don't think there is one (though I really appreciate many of the R-rated comedies that have been made under the Judd Apatow brand in the last few years).
