How can I limit the number of simultaneous logons for a specific
user in windows 2000 server?

Could you be more specific?

The only way to be logged on to W2K server more than once is to have several terminal server sessions open to the same target machine. Is this what you're referring to?

I'm afraid I don't understand the question.

I just want to limit the number of simultaneous logon for an account
on domain. I mean I don't want to let a typical user to logon several
workstations simultaneously.

You can restrict WHICH machines a person is able to logon from....

Not the same, but at least it eliminates some possibilities.

I get it.

No, there is no built in mechanism for doing this. There is a reskit utility that says it'll do this, I think, but for the life of me I can't find it at the moment.
