Simulation Software for Restaurant Training

Looking for a low cost simulation software for restaurant employee training. I have used one before at another restaurant but can't seem to remember the name of it.

Basically it would ask how to make a menu item and you would drag from say a left hand column certain menu items to the right hand side. You would hit a button (ie done) and it would tell you if you made the menu item correct or not.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
