I remember trying this a couple years ago and didn't even come close to finishing it, maybe as a group we can do a little better.

Can you come up with a character for each letter of the alphabet? ie for H we have Homer Simpson, N - Ned Flanders, etc. There's gotta be enough characters for it by now.
