Two comments about this episode:

1) It was TEH SUCK
2) STOP SINGING

That is all. I had to watch some old episodes afterwards to rid myself of the dirty feeling. I normally don't have a problem with songs on The Simpsons (like the one where Bart works at the strip joint, or when the kids get a curfew), but this was just awful and unnecessary.
 
I thought it was ok. Singing in cartoons can be pretty funny sometimes. In family guy it was amazing. Did you guy try listening to the lyrics???
 
I thought that was a damn funny episode. I don't mind the singing at all when they throw funny lines in there ("Olsen-twin me!").
There was other good stuff, too:
Bart throwing the brick and hitting himself in the head with it
Marge: "We're going to go out and buy ourselves a PlayStation One!!!"
Homer making the Elvis and crow stamps kiss
Ralph's picket sign ("I LIKE PURPLE")
The whole sequence with Homer making homophobic comments "Does he drive a pink Miata?" - Marge also made a funny comment to Lisa during this sequence that I can't remember right now
 
yea, Family Guy had some funny lyrics, but i just hate the singing number because it's out of place.

It's funny on the commentaries of the dvd, they call Seth McFarlane queer because he likes musical numbers, hahaha.
 
I started watching Family Guy eps with my girlfriend and I had been totally unaware but half the singing they do is clowning on old musicals, she always watches that crap so she thinks it's great. Something for everyone I guess.
