Yeah, seems like that just ran out of time/ideas/jokes and pulled it together haphazardly. Up to that point, I thought it was great...I love parodies done by The Simpsons, but I'm sure a lot of people didn't get most of this one, due to not having seen Evita. Oh well. Still good. 🙂

Yeah, this episode felt like a throwback to the old ones, I thought the end was great how they just summed it up in about 5 seconds without any closure 🙂 more time for Jokes!

Worst episode ever.

Some jokes were funny (like the 'your mother' comment and bart throwing the brick), but I would have walked off If I wasnt eating.

THE SIMPSONS IS GARBINO FOR THE PAST 5 SEASONS!!! WORST TREEHOUSE OF HORROR EPISODE WAS THIS YEAR'S!!!

this episode today SUCKED! i HATE singing in these cartoons, even in Family Guy and i LOVE Family Guy. A couple songs were good, like the episode where they go to the Paul Tuckett Beer Factory ( a la Charles and the Chocolate Factory).

They have had some good ones. I also despise singing in cartoons, its just so friggin annoying

So true, the simpsons have resorted to just plain crap for jokes, it's like they are just trying to appeal to 10 year olds, no more of the intelligent humour of the past...It's sad

just recently i got the KAHHHHHHHHNNNNNNN reference 🙂

I hate all the ill placed cameos, god. if i was a celeb, i would not do a cameo unless the episode was written properly!

who the hell really thinks that ron howard can do a back flip to choke homer out?

I felt the same. The series must be nearing the end because apparently they have little to zero ideas for content.

And as said before, the humor is getting weak as if it would be funny to a 13 year old. I miss the older episodes from years back.
