simple WYSIWYG HTML editor?

Looking for something that can be run entirely from it's own directory (doesn't need to be installed). Something small, and fast. Hopefully with quick and easy way to switch back and forth between code and browser views (like frontpage's tabs). Any ideas?
 
I think maybe Dida will work. Runs from a single EXE! Quick preview/code window toggle.

Tucows listed several small ones. CoffeeFree, HTMLed...
