Simple website question

OK before you all have a go at me - I will confess to have used Microsoft FrontPage 2000 to create this website!!! I know it's trully awfull software but I can't afford the time to redo the whole lot....

My problem is that the website appears fine in Internet Explorer but in FireFox 1.5 the page keeps refreshing. I'm sure it's a simple bit of FrontPage rubbish that could be deleted but I don't understand HTML enough to know where to look. Could you please take a peek at the source and advise.

I am guessing that FP2000 is choking on FF in this <script> section. I would try finding a newer script that include FF
