Simple viewer for ICS files

Hello, me and my brother use Outlook 2007 Ultimate edition and we use the calendar publishing system of Outlook 2007 to run a calendar. This is great for us, and we would like to make it where our friends and family could see our latest updated calendar so we don't just have to tell the what our schedule is all the time. What I need is to be able to give them a simple ICS file viewer. Of course Outlook has them built in, along with SchoolTool for Ebuntu, and Mozilla Thunderbird. But is there a simpler system? None of my friends want to install a whole new mail client just to view something like a ICS calendar file. So any simple viewers out there?
