Simple raid question

I am using 2 80g ATA HDs to build a raid configuration in my new machine. The Asus Motherboard supports it but before I power it up I have a few questions. WHat do I set the jumpers to on the Hard Drives ? Master/Slave MAster/Master if you know please help
