simple question.

Right click desktop/Properties/Screensaver tab.

Should be an "Energy saver" area at the bottom under your choice of screensavers.
 
With your right mouse button,click on an empty section of your desktop a popup menu will appear, click on "properties",then
when the display properties menu pops up,click on the tab that
says "screen saver" click on it,then you'll see an option to adjust the engery savings features of your monitor
