Simple Question, I think

I'm gonna be biulding a new computer this weekend, and I had a question that I'm sure one of you guys has an answer to. My new rig's boot drive will be a new Raptor 76GB SATA, but I want to also move my current HD into my new system. The Maxtor I have now is partitioned as C(boot) and D. Now, when I put it in my new system, the drive letters won't matter right? I don't have to worry about it thinking that my old C:\ will be my boot, as long as I have it set right in the Bios? Would it be best to just start with the Raptor until Windows is done installing and then put in my Maxtor, or will it not really matter? Any advice is appreciated.

Take care

I belive the drive letters are given out by windows, so no it won't matter.

I would just use the Raptor, and install the OS.

When all set up, plug in your other drive.
