Hi, I am building a computer for my mom. It will not be used for over clocking and was wondering what I should get. I wanted it to have UDMA 66, AGP, 5 PCI, 3 slots for ram and i am gonna be sticking about a 900mhz P3 in there....

I would rather get a AMD duron and over clock it, but she is set on a P3....

I was wondering if there were any quality boards without the flare of overclocking, but more of stability.... I know Anandtech rates mobo, but they dont give suggested prices or suggestions for diff systems really. So a moment of your time to suggest a good mobo would be greatly appreciated.

Thanx.

Also dont forget to flame me for this not being worthy of your time.

just letting you know that you weren't being ignored. lol

sorry, but can't help; I've been gearing all my research toward the AMD. You may also consider checking at Tom's Hardware, or Hardware Central for more reviews (if you can't find 'em let me know and I'll get the links for you). good luck

How about the ABIT SA6R?

It's got a sweet set of features, quite stable, and a good overclocking board to boot.

The ASUS CUSL2 is also an excellent option.

Locally, both boards are going for around $165, though I'm sure you can beat that price online.
