Popular ones are Encrypted File System: http://technet.microsoft.com/e.../library/bb457065.aspx and an encrypted folder managed by an application. A # of companies offer this. Both paid & free. Here's a free one: http://www.cypherix.com/cryptainerle/ Either will slow down the access. The best way would be to encrypt the sensitive files/folders, rather than the entire drive.
