Simple OpenVPN server on Windows Server?

I want to set up a simple OpenVPN server on Windows Server...

Authentification should be using a domain username and password.
Our network is 192.168.2.x and when it connects to the OpenVPN server on that Windows Server, it should get a IP from the DHCP server.
