Simple free program that will take 20 jpgs and create custom size thumbnails?

Lol, didn't think i'd find such a hard time finding something that will do this. All the ones I come across are either $30 bucks or the try to create an html gallery for them.

All I want is a simple program I can point to a folder and it will output custom sized thumbnails of all the images in the folder.

Irfanview may do the trick. Google it or go to download.com for the latest version. Install, go to File>Batch Conversion..... All kinds of options are in there.

Another vote for Irfanview. It does indeed do batch image processing such as resizing.

before it I was using a program called thumbnail factory. Not sure if they still offer a freeware version. It worked well but now I just use irfanview.

There is a Windows XP power toy that does image resizing. It is really easy to use, just highlight the files you want to resize, right click and select Resize Pictures. Then just pick the size and it does it for you. It can make new versions of the files instead of editing the current ones, which is nice.
