I posted something about my feet in another thread and it made me realize I don't really stretch very often. I probably should as I get there in age so I don't get problems.

Can anyone recommend a simple "stretch program" that should be followed on a regular basis? Basically a list of common stretches maybe something with pictures. Something I can just print out and have somewhere and try to do at least once in a while. Would be great for work for shifts where I'm alone in the building and can do that sort of thing. I work on computers a lot so something tailored to that is probably a good idea. Carpal tunnel exercises etc. I don't really have any such problems but always good to be preventative.

I can google this and find a billion things but just looking for a more personal recommendation of something decent.

Every morning I do some basic stretches that probably don't do much, but I do them anyways...

-Toe touch for ~10 seconds
-Hamstring stretch for ~10 seconds
-Arm stretch for ~10 seconds
-Ten cat-cows
-Toe touch for ~10 seconds

I also go to the gym 2-3 nights per week. Unless you have additional workouts, I don't know if occasional stretching will really help all that much.

Romwod, go mobility wod, there's a few others similar. Daily walk through stretch / mobility poses that take about 25 minutes to go through. Not too expensive. Excellent for shoulder and hip mobility and movement.

for your wrists, just either kneel on the ground and put your palms flat against the floor, fingers stretched out in front, rock back and forth a bit, then rotate your hands around until fingers face you, then rotate back. Also could get little 5 lb weights and do wrist flexion / extensions.

You can do some simple exercises for 3-5 minutes every two hours. It is not difficult and gives some vivacity.
