Hi, I just have a question. I'm getting a new computer, but I have doubts about a certain one. I really want to get it, but I wanted to make sure it had what I needed.
I'm wondering about the ethernet adapter. It says that it has a 10/100BaseT Ethernet Adapter. I've seen these before I think, but I'm wondering if it is suitable for my needs. I have a DSL, so my Ethernet cord hooks up from my modem to my computer directly. I don't know a whole lot about hardware or networking. Will this specific adapter allow the same thing for me? I just don't want to spend about a few hundred dollars on something that will not work for me.

Welcome to the forum!

That card should work just fine. Although I would suggest you research a router of some kind to go between your computer and the DSL modem, rather than directly connecting your computer to the modem. Either way, that Ethernet adapter will be fine.
