I do mostly video encoding and want to run a benchmark to see which setup I should do. I can either run my computer 1 of 2 ways.

1. P4 2.4B@ 2.7Ghz with memory at 375Mhz using 4:5 divider or
2. P4 2.4B@ 3.0Ghz with memory at 333Mhz using 1:1 divider

What benchmark should I use to compare the results I get and what am I looking for?
 
#2 should be better for video encoding, at least the ones I use are very CPU intensive so the extra 300mhz should more than make up for the lower FSB/overall bandwidth.
