same here, but I think traffic is still a mess, the main guys left about a year ago and I don't think they're working on fixing anything other than throwing out DLC. Need to check reddit.

hmm if there's DLC, might as well for a compete edition.

No complete edition yet. eA's new business model is sell the base game cheap and make lots of expansions that are sold individually.

There's SimCity Plus which includes the Cities of Tomorrow expansion (aesthetically that looks great), but unlikely we'll ever get a DLC included edition.

bought from GS and got my receipt and email to tell me to go to the order history page to get the download info. I go to order history and its blank...wtf?
sent email to their support but probably won't get a reply until tomorrow.

apparently I wasn't logged in, so it went under a guest account. i found it and able to get my key and download now.

oh, those DLCs I don't care much about. I doubt I'll play it enough to warrant the different tilesets. I guess I was thinking more like expansions like Rush Hour for SC4. Something that makes the game better to play.
