I'd be happy to crunch SIMAP, as our (Chocobo Navy) stats are lacking in that project.

I pulled some starting stats from Free-DC and put them into a spread sheet. If someone could tell me where I can post the pdf image for linking, I would appreciate it.

Never mind! I got it. See OP.

SIMAP has just (slowly) started issuing work, there should be roughly 400k "new sequences" this month, so going by last month 650k they'll likely run-out of work 5. July...

Thanks, Rattledagger!

I will rename this thread and remove the poll and put up some stats sometime after Free-DC updates SIMAP (once a day.)

Welcome to the scramble, Fardringle!

The 1st round has petered out. The second should be coming soon. It is always the larger one.

Bah. In the middle of a full change out of every machine at the house. Will get to crunching properly as soon as I can.

Wow! I thought I had missed out on most of the work with my limited number of points, but I guess I actually won the first day "race". Neat! :D

It will be interesting to see what happens when they pass out more work since I told my computers to grab some work from other projects while they wait, so they might not all be free to get work from SIMAP when it is available.

Nice work, Fardringle! I'm already watching my back!

And that was this months work. SIMAP ran-out of work at roughly 09:11 UTC to-day.

Very often #wu for BOINC-clients is less than #sequences they're listing, this month there was roughly 310k wu's, so finished a little earlier than expected.

Anyway, since SIMAP only allows 30 task/core, most users should run-out of work in 24-48 hours, depending on cpu-speed...

Thanks, Rattledagger!

I woke up to 3 empty quads. I am now crunching to get another 5K for my 500K badge on YoYo, then I will be ready for action on this month's TAS project.

I will keep up the stats for a few days to catch most of the pending. If you stay attached, you can get occasional orphans to add to your total.

Stats for 4th of July are now up for your viewing pleasure!

In 3 full days of crunching we have produced almost 70K or 7K per active member. There is still a lot of pending left.

I will do the stats again tomorrow night.

We should have at least a few thousand more points when all of the work is processed. I have 500 more right now than what is in your last stats post, and almost 900 still pending. :)

Thanks for the stats.

I've still got 50 wu's to crunch, somehow BOINC-client found-out it was a "good idea" to run some WCG instead, but by forcing them to run in earliest-deadline-mode they should likely finish later to-day...

More! More! More!

I'm down to 148 points pending, so I think we're almost done for this month...
