Silvestre Reyes a Vietnam War veteran from El Paso who later became a high-ranking US Border Patrol official will be the new House Intelligence Committee chairman in the next Congress.

How could they pick someone with both military and Border Patrol experience?
Don't they know that the Democrats hate America and want terrorists to kill our children?
That said, he looks like a great choice insofar as experience goes.
Perhaps actual COMPETENCE is now a criteria for our elected officials?
Compare this to picking the former head of the Arabian Horse Association to be head of Fema by Bush.
