Silverstone == CRAP!

I have a temjen 05 and the damn thing is a POS on the externals (USB ports, clasp to close the front, etc), and SS does not support. Emailed them WEEKS ago, nothing.

Any one have suggestions?

I've found that email is next to useless with coolermaster, silverstone, etc. Use the phone - take names and write them down (IOW, keep a call log) when you talk to someone. What's your problem anyway?

I emailed Cooler Master before and they got back to me about the question about 11 days later. At least it has some signs of life...but not much.

Coolermaster is bad and ZZF isnt any better.

I had no problem emailing them. Responded right away and solved my problem, no complaints.

The spring loaded clasp that keeps the front panel shut is busted, no reply. And now the top dual USB port (it has 4 on the front) is busted mechanically, no reply. Maybe Zepper is right, a call is in order because now i have to hookup the other two USB ports on the front (i had only planned to do so when i needed them, as in 4 front 4 back). Those damn little pins really irk me, meh...
