Well, I like the Lightning, but there's something about the look of this truck. The SS looks big and solid. That's how I like my trucks to look. Too bad I drive what I drive now.

Yeah, i see one or two a week. A buddy of mine works for GM and got to test drive it. He said it was underpowered for what they are trying to market it as.

They are marketing it as a direcot competitor to a SL500, SC430, and even the Jaguar.. all of which the Cadillac outperforms.

I like the look of the lightning better, too. But, you have to remember that this is actually a practical truck. A truck that can be driven in the winter.. unlike the Lightning and SRT-10, due to its full-time 4WD.
