Silver Monitors?

I was curious as to where I can get a silver monitor? I am going to get the Coolermaster Aluminium case and I wanted to get a matching monitor, cause I am also going to get the Optical Eye Mouse. Might have to look for a silver keyboard too 😀

you can't, unless you paint it yourself, the point is, that, to get that Aluminium look, you'll have to make the monitor out of aluminium too. And well, that is down right impossible, w/ a typical CRT tube, even when it's off, it'll store between 10000W to 40000W of electric current inside, w/ a conductive casing is well, not a good idea, you will pretty much die when you touch it.

So you suggest painting it? I can just remove the casing and then paint it? I know i have to sandpaper to rough it up, but what find of paint should i use?

The Sony FD Trinitron monitors are silver, and are great for the type of demanding person who would pay for an Aluminum case.

I highly suggest you check them out :] Awesome monitors.

Or you might wanna try AlienWare, I think they sell monitor that matches the case of their tower case. I think they paint it themselves. Would look more professional than painting it yourself.
