The memory divider (RAM to FSB ratio) with the value of 2 does the job. It brings the FSB of 266MHz to 533MHz, and then it gets doubled to 1066.
See, in my case I use the divider of 16/13, for the RAM speed of 800MHz.
325MHz FSB x 16/13 divider = 400 MHz Memory Bus x 2 DDR = 800.
Your divider value of 2 is probably even easier on the system clock - it just doubles the speed of FSB.
