Silly HSF question.

That 7000 RPM fan should be the same fan as on hte FOP38(the delta 38CFM).

I would hazard a guess, and say you'll probably still get performance with either the FOP or Alpha base with a 27CFM fan than you will with the Taisol and 38CFM fan.

what is the stock Taisol that comes with the 1.1 Athlon. Is it the CEK733 because at that site they got a 106 F reading with hat and the 7K fan vs 109 with teh PAL6035 and 7K fan.
 
mikewarrior you are correct. i have an FOP-32 which is the same heat-sink as the FOP-38 except with a 26 cfm fan , it kicks butt and is nowhere near as loud as the delta 7000 rpm fan.
