I would setup the CPU first, get that right and then move forward, I use 2 loops in my system so the gpu doesn't affect the cpu temps. With a good rad you can cool both but you need at least a triple rad for halfway decent temps.
I'm not sure about the EK, I really don't know anything about it but if you follow this thread we may find some answers.
If you replace the fan in your psu use one that is similar, amperage rating and size, and follow the basic rules of safety when opening that puppy up.
*1. Unplug from the wall and discharge the unit while still in the PC, press and hold the power switch, the motherboard will drain the capacitors. Press the switch a couple of times to be sure.
*2. Treat the psu as if it were still hot when you have it open, don't touch 2 wires at the same time. Those caps store a significant amount of juice when powered up and after shutdown so don't think your safe just because it is unplugged.
Again you may consider a thread in the PSU forum to check for the appropriate fan, jonny will likely answer and he knows this stuff cold.
