Silent .reg patch ?

I'd like to make sure that everytime a new user logs in w98 a .reg is patched to the registry. I could simply put a link to the regfile in the startup folder but windows says "the info in the regfile has been patched successfully" or something like that. Anyone knows a way to prevent the message in order not to get 3 phone calls per day about it ?

I think all you need to do is use the /S switch on the command line.
