I've done some searching in the Caes & Cooling forum, but thought I'd post a new topic on this anyhow.
My computer is inherently loud. I just came across some extra cash, so I have about $200 to spend on my computer. The speed and such is all fine, its the sound I'm having problems with.
What is my best bet for around $200 (I'd go as high as $300 to do this properly) to make a near-silent PC? Water cooling?
I'll also add that I have a T-Bird 1GHz running at 1.33, and I'd like to keep it clocked this high, higher if possible.
Also, I should mention I want something fairly easy to do, I'm not the best at doing any extreme modifcations or anything.
Thanks everyone!
