I'm looking for a good passive or silent northbridge heatsink for a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 with a Scythe Ninja that I won't have to worry about overheating with while overclocking.

The two main heatsinks I've been looking into are the Thermalright HR-05 and the Zalman ZM-NBF47. I don't have the motherboard yet, but from what I've seen the only mounting holes are on the northwest and southeast sides of the NB. Can a HR-05 or a ZM-NBF47 be mounted parallel to the Ninja with those mounting holes? Would there be enough space for the Zalman to not hit the Ninja?

Here are a couple pictures (not mine) that show how close the Ninja is the the NB:

Are there any other silent and efficient alternatives that would work without blocking the PCI-E 1x below?

Any help greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I might have put this in the wrong forum, sorry about that.

When I had my DS3, I noticed the northbridge HSF, although large, would get very very HOT. I replaced it with another active HSF from another motheboard. Solved the problem.

BTW, I was using a BigTyphoon cooler and there was no way I could find another passive heatsink that was going to work with the BigTyphoon.
