Silent Muffler

Has anyone come across a 3 inch muffler that is near silent? I really don't want to hear my exhaust anymore and driving with eye plugs is probably not a good idea.

Tried straight though muffler and Heartthrob #54044 with my GLH, and I want a super quiet exhaust now.
