I'm looking for a fan that meets only one spec, it needs to be silent (or close). It can be any size up to 120mm or a blower and it doesn't need to move a tremendous amount of air. Can anyone offer me any suggestions on where to look? Thanks.

Have you tried out any of the NMB fans? At least according to spec, some of those are very efficient. (Their web site is www.nmbtech.com)
