Silent, but light?

I'm looking at a case to replace my old P180. I still want a quiet case, but the Antec was damn heavy. I'd prefer something lighter if at all possible. I'm willing to sacrifice cooling for weight, but I really would like it as quiet as possible since it will sit next to my bed when I sleep. Price is a factor, I don't want to go overboard so maybe under 150 though the cheaper the better.

Cooler Master Centurion 534 with Arctic Fan 12 PWM exhaust set at 1200RPM and a Yate Loon D12SL-12 intake. It's quieter than any of the cases I've used thus far.

hmm found this on newegg. Can you tell me anything about the power and reset buttons?
Most of the negatives reviews are saying they are pretty flimsy.

I guess the case itself is a decent weight at 11lbs, but I think after adding all the water cooling equipment in that thing would be pretty hard to carry.
