Hope this is a good movie. i dont want any twist ending..i mean it dont matter...i just want a good movie with good direction and screenplay just like minority report. dont matter if plot holes and conceptual flaws are there like minority report.

I already saw it and liked it quite a bit. I would have done a couple things differently, but other than that, good movie.

I was really looking forward to it.... then they showed the trailer WAAAAAY too many times and I couldn't stand thinking about it. Now I'd like to see it this weekend. We'll see

Hmmm, how to review this without spoiling any of the plot twists...

Okay, overall, definitely a thumbs up. Very suspenseful and spooky at times, borrowing a lot from the Blair Witch Project and from Hitchcock in that a lot of the scariest stuff happens off-screen, so it's left to your imagination to determine exactly what's happening. Relies on good acting rather than gore or other hokey special effects. I found the ending to be less than satisfying, but in this type of movie that's almost always true. You can't really wrap things up in a neat little ball without it seeming trite and canned, but neither can you leave things hanging with a lot of unanswered questions. That's what I always found so annoying about Michael Crichton's books too, they build such an interesting plot that any ending would seem a bit anti-climatic. That's definitely the case here too. For the entire movie you'll be paying very close attention trying to guess what's going to happen next and it's time well spent. A step above most other suspense movies even of it lacks the great ending of The Sixth Sense. Go see it, an excellent film.

I was disappointed by Shyamalan's movie that I saw - the one with Bruce Willis as the invincible guy and Sam Jackson as his comic book enemy. I can't remember the name. Since that one sucked so much, I find no desire to see another movie by this director. Maybe on dvd later, but not in the theatre.

I'm still thinking to myself - did I miss something? It doesn't seem like an M. Night Shylaman(sp?) movie because it didn't keep you thinking about what happened after it was over. It seems to me it just basically all came together at the end with some flashbacks and it was done.

Don't get me wrong, that's a typical movie... just not what I came to expect from the guy...

Spooky at times too.

Yeah, that was "Unbreakable" and it sucked. Of course it can be argued that any movie that casts Bruce Willis in the lead is destined to suck, but that's a completely different thread. Shyamalan also did The Sixth Sense and that managed to rise above Bruce Willis's limitations and be good.

That was Unbreakable. I also didnt care too much for that movie too

Bruce Willis gave us the one and only Die Hard series, one of the greatest series, right alongside The Terminator, The Matrix, etc

Bruce willis does suck in some roles, but in action roles, I like him a lot (would you rather have steven seagal or van damme?)

That was more for the comic book fans. Hence the monologue intro within.
