i downloaded azureus the other day, and i never have any virus alerts, but once i installed it with in mins i was getting alerts for trojans and other things. anytime i get a pop up i say do not trust or it deletes it depending on the alert.

i just noticed when i type, where ever the mouse is, it blinks. if i type fast enough, it will disapper till i slow down or stop. is this the sign of a key-logger? i just have macafee virus scanner, what should i use to check to get rid of it.

You could start with second-opinion scans using these online scanners: F-Secure online scanner and Microsoft online scanner. Also force McAfee to update, and then run a full scan with McAfee too.

It could also be that your system's not actually infected, but your P2P program is dragging in infected filez from outside, and your antivirus software is detecting them as they arrive.
