Signs of chemical weapons reportedly found in north

Most of these people were not Iraqi kurds, most are from and being supported by Iranian groups. These people have been fighting the Kurds in Iraq for over a year and a half. Most of them slipped back into Iran.

I kind of doubt that anything will come of this. I'm doubting that we'll ever find any WMD in Iraq.
That depends on your definition of WMD...
I'm quite certain that we'll find a Wretched Murdering Dictator. 😉

Haven't many expatirates (or whatever the hell you call them) claimed that Saddam has the WMDs buried under Baghdad?

Well if they are in Iraq, I'd imagine that they'd put them under the capital. They sure wouldn't put them in some small town that would be lightly defended and easy to capture. Wouldn't surprise me if they were in the same secret underground bunkers that Saddam hides in.

It would make sense for them to all be in Baghdad right now. Saddam was probably in hopes that the world community would stop the US's progression to Baghdad, so that would be the last place that we would be able to look. Hoping that we would cease fire before we got there, and make him look innocent from us not finding the weapons elsewhere around the country.

Edit: But don't worry Saddam....we are coming. 😀

Marshall, it's only been two weeks. We're still fighting. Let's do this one step at a time.
