Signing an email with ,MBA after your name?

My rule is only apply sigs that are relevant, isntead of having one with all your credentials to everything.

example: in an email to one of my employees, or clients, i sign with my full job title. In emails to research institutions, I sign with my academic affiliations.

But honestly now.... Network+? who the fvck would sign with that? Anyone and their brother can get that with 10 minutes of studying and $200. I would never, ever sign something with my A+ and Network+ certs.

an MBA can be a very worthwhile degree to have. Especially (obviously) in the business world. I want to say that an MBA boosts average salary by like 20-30k/yr, but I have no idea where I might have gotten that number.

That said, I still probably wouldn't sign my email with it.

actually, they are worthless, but not because no one cares. rather, all that time you took off to get the MBA doesn't get paid for by the increased pay for most schools, while for the top schools those people would have been making that pay anyway.

Worthless? Crappy... say you? LOL, let me guess, you must be an expert on MBA's worth. Another ignorant fool.

MBA students can make about $88K after graduation and $167K after 5 years. Yeah, sure are worthless. How much do you make? LOL.

You clearly aren't in business

To an extent... for me it would be worthless to get an MBA from anywhere outside the top 10. It really depends on where you went to school to begin with.... I'm about to get two B.S. from #4 and #8 ranked departments 🙂

lol, defensive much?

and read small text "Here's the base salary MBA candidates say they expect to earn."

pretty useless statistics by my bok.

As far as email sigs, I think at some corporate places once someone does it, everybody starts to follow. Otherwise they will look like they are the one without the degree.
In my opinion it is extremely tacky especially when used outside your workplace.

Defensive? nope, just can't stand morons spit out nonsense stupidity.

"Expect" ? sure, some will make more, some will make less, but most are within the range. Worthless? You have to be beyond stupid to think it is worthless.

Useless? that's your opinion. Can't help it if you don't get it.
