Signed the lease on my townhouse today!

For real estate, the term bubble should be specific to the region and the type of houses. If it's a neighbor is good then I wouldn't worry too much about the purchase ...

I didn't buy it. Im renting it.

When I get familiar with the area and have some money saved up I'll look for a house. I'm planning on staying there for a year or two.

I'm quite aware of that. It should be better than a regular apartment building though since I only have a neighbor on one side of me.
